Dwarf vs. Wingayel (Lands of Outcasts)

My opinion on the topic is that Elves with Divine Retribution will defeat the Gnomish faction because they have a barrage of shots + enchanted arrow + divine retribution. This is essentially a mass divine retribution. It's unlikely that anyone can withstand that. And if they also have Combat Alchemy, then the Elves become a killing machine and can even defeat Humans with Necromancers.
