How to translate it? It's very simple. You need to download the attached files. Then, translate everything that is in quotes "xxx" from English to Russian. If there are two texts in quotes in some element, usually in this form

, then nothing needs to be translated here because the first quotes are empty, and the second quotes contain a system variable.
Next, upload the translated files in this topic.

Do not translate system variables, such as ID_xxxx or something like that. Only translate what is in quotes. Also, do not delete the "&" that is present in some menus and submenus.

The technical aspect of implementing the translated files into the editor is up to me.
