General gameplay tactics and its features.

I only play on 200%, I'm not interested in 130% - it's too easy (don't think I'm bragging).

Regarding this, I can say that the computer won't think any better at 200%, it all depends on how many resources and money you start with.
At 200%, the computer has a ton of everything, and you have nothing:cool:
