Let someone else try to create it; otherwise, I don't know :(

It doesn't work. We tried creating everything, and every time, when it gets to the last player in the queue, the data isn't sent. I turned off the firewall and completely uninstalled the antivirus. Heroes runs fine on Windows 7; there are no freezes or compatibility issues. I'm just getting discouraged after 4 days of failures.
