I suggest changing the rules a bit: make the contest without registration and allow sending in other people's reports. The winner will be the one who WRITES the most interesting report. I think everyone can choose 2-3 reports that they remember and send them to Kostya, and then, as written above, the best ones will be selected from them.
It's just that our people are modest and don't like to boast about their own reports, but they would easily share others. :)
I don't have any literary talent myself, but I read other people's reports like good detective stories, and some of them stay in my memory for a long time.
