Sacred Haven of Debauchery

I can't do without them; all my possessions are in the Plague house, and I have a ton of goodies from Plague quests. I installed it, and it seems to be working so far, knock on wood.
Besides, I mainly install replacers, houses (to explore and look around), and quests, but I don't bother with armor and weapons; I have a nice golden holy item. I specifically became the Countess of Dementia so that I could get this beauty later.
