On-line rating (discussion)

We really want a leaderboard! And we've wanted it for a long time! :(

I still think that, given the increasing number of players every day, we should cancel the mandatory confirmation of reports and set a limit for participation in the ranking, say, 5 games. Otherwise, Vitaly will get completely exhausted from counting. IMHO.
