Forbidden Artifacts
You cannot use combined artifacts, which means you cannot have one artifact mixed from several that gives additional bonuses from wearing a complete set. If you find a combined artifact, you can use one relic (level 4 artifact) from it or all artifacts from lower levels (1-3: treasure, minor, major). You cannot use Angel's Wing, Boots of Levitation, and Armageddon spell while wearing Armageddon's Blade. Players are not allowed to use relic artifacts (applies only to templates that do not generate relics and utopias normally, especially Balance, Balance PC, Panic). All mentioned artifacts can be traded for treasure/money/experience.

The use of combined artifacts is prohibited. If a player finds a set, using relics and other artifacts from the found set SIMULTANEOUSLY is forbidden. As an option: you can use only one relic from all of them, if there are several in the set - it is unclear what or means in this case - it needs to be clarified what is meant:
1) If you find a combined artifact, you can use either one relic from it or all artifacts from lower levels.
or
2) If you find a combined artifact, you can use only one relic from it and all artifacts from lower levels.
You cannot use wings, boots of levitation, and Armageddon if you are wearing the Armageddon's Blade. Players are not allowed to use relics (applies only to templates where relics and utopias are generated non-standardly: Balance, Balance PC, Panic). All mentioned artifacts (which are prohibited by these rules) can be freely exchanged for experience, money, or resources.

If a player dealt more damage to an opponent than vice versa in a combat round, he or she is not allowed to flee.

If a player deals more damage than their opponent in a round, the player is not allowed to flee.
