Flame (from English "flame") - an exchange of messages that turns into a verbal war, no longer related to the original cause of the dispute. Flame messages usually contain personal insults and are often aimed at further fueling the argument. It is sometimes used in the context of trolling, but more often a flame erupts simply because of resentment towards a virtual interlocutor.

Trolling (from English "trolling") - posting provocative messages on the Internet with the aim of causing flame, conflicts between participants, empty chatter, insults, etc.

To downvote (from Russian "минус") - to negatively influence a user's morale.
