So, the question is: "should Solmir be unbanned or not?" I think it's time!

I've written about this before – unban him if he's going to be a starting player. If he joins as the 2nd, 3rd, etc., then using the chain strategy is only effective with a good Grand Master build. The same applies to the others as well.
