I didn't quite get the idea with the reverse draft. I suggest making it a two-way draft—not from 9 castles, but from 18, like they do in fixes.

And the starting hero should be random, otherwise we'll have to draft a bunch of castles immediately without looking.

Second thought—what's the reason for keeping TE and SoD separate all the way to the final?

Essentially it's 2 tournaments; we're just stewing in our own sandboxes. It would be better to merge them starting from the first round of the play-offs.

Third thought—replace Balance with Mini-Nostalgia.
