Regarding the group stage draw:
I spent a long time thinking about how to distribute 55 people; in the end, another 5 arrived and the most balanced option turned out to be 12 groups.
And now THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!
Two players who took 1st and 2nd place advance from each group. They will be joined by the 8 best players who took 3rd place.
In case of a tie in points within a group, the Berger coefficient is considered, then the head-to-head match; if that doesn't help, there will be another criterion which will be added to the rules as we go.
Selection criteria for the best 8 who took 3rd place:
1 number of points
2 in case of a tie in points, players from groups J, K, L have priority for one simple reason - these groups have very strong participants (not referring to myself)
3 in case of a tie in points in other groups, players from groups A and B have priority for the same reason.

6 this point is the most difficult, and after 10 hours at the computer I will try to formulate it, although it's hard - if the above methods do not identify the best 8, then a mini elimination tournament will be held with a number of players multiple of 2 or 4. Others will be filtered out simply based on the ХВ rating.
