Thanks))) but it hasn't gotten any easier... I don't have such a place in my Dungeon. Or is it because the map is oriented incorrectly?

The little marker on the map shows the location where the Tear is buried. You look for a similar area on the territory and click on the shovel. Digging takes an entire turn. If the camera is oriented correctly, finding the Tear is a matter of minutes. However, I haven't reached that mission yet, but I haven't had any problems with Tears anywhere. The main thing is to return the camera to its original position.
I have a feeling I'm going to have trouble with this, what should I do:smile15:
