What do traffic police officers have to do with this? What does propaganda have to do with it? There is no more propaganda. None. Just facts. Do you know the names of Medvedev's and Putin's children? How many times have you seen them on television? But everyone knows about our leader's illegitimate son. In short, you don't know anything. Live here for six months, and you'll understand. But don't draw conclusions about the situation in the country based on the statements of individual people.
