Cities (voting).

Imagine your Belarus underground... Every day, when you look out the window or leave your house, you would only see a dungeon and never see sunlight or the surface you are so used to... You would say you want to go back to the surface, and I would say - but what difference does it make, what's there and what's here, it's all the same, and dealing with relocating you to the surface would be a big hassle...
That's how I feel after reading your post...
