Then you could replace it with another option that encourages activity - "Those who don't vote for two game days will be subject to a modkill." That would be much more effective.

But what's the point? I'm active, and I even think that's quite enough, but sometimes I just don't want to vote. There are no suitable options, and I don't want to leave the "No New Votes" section. So what then? (:

This is a method against rule-breakers - "If you break the rules, I'll put you on the list!"

But still, is this something like a "blacklist"? :)
