Regarding who I would choose in this nomination...
I would wholeheartedly (I don't entirely agree with Revan's opinion in the first post) vote for my former internet provider, who cut off my internet for 3+2 days with a one-day break, but unfortunately, he doesn't visit the forum.

But in general:
In my understanding, a jester is nothing more than a Favorite of the Gods and all its incarnations, including the current one.
