But honestly, it's not clear: what do administrative decisions on Hv, Hr, or Bay have to do with a foreign site? They have their own judges; if there are complaints about Vitalik regarding specific matches with saves, voice them, send them, etc.
It reminds me of a case in the Belarusian football championship regarding the situation with exceeding the number of legionnaires on the field, when representatives of the offending side nodded to the decision of our Russian Football Union regarding the Zenit-Lokomotiv match. They rightly replied: what does the Russian Football Union have to do with Belarusian football?
