Finished the game in several sessions.

On the first week - Castle secondary dwelling, found a Lizardman external dwelling deep inside. 1-6 in Castle.

On the second week - 2 Hives on 8 and 6 Vivs, entered Treasury, took another 3 Hives there.

On the third week - I take Titan' same Armor in that Treasury and go to another Treasury, through Marat's Tower secondary dwelling. On the way, I kill his scout with 3 Angels standing at the Griffin Conservatory. I take the Griffin Conservatory there for 3 Angels, secondary dwelling.

On the fourth week - via Treasury I take Marat's Necro-secondary dwelling, stubbornly no Dragon Utopia, then I take the Main one; meanwhile, the Scout finally finds the Dragon Utopia in the Treasury, Tazar goes towards it.

On the fifth week - I reach and take the Maxi Dragon Utopia (Earth Cloak, Gold Cloak, +4+4 Hat and +10 Hat), Marat capitulates.
