I think everyone should remain in their own clans, and the Order would be an additional organization. "Group membership" probably implies membership in multiple groups (except for clans, of course, although besides clans on HeroesWorld there doesn't seem to be much else). But still, everyone should stay in their own clans. As for those who want to join the Order, we'll figure it out on the spot — if their clan's charter contradicts ours, we won't take them, or they'll have to leave their clan.
