I am also fully in favor of Tiera. He will be the head of the order of mapmakers.

1. General Provisions:

1.1 the order operates within the laws of the forum and the approved charter.
1.2 every member of the order possesses the rights and obligations provided by this charter.
1.3 every member of the order, or anyone wishing to join it, is obliged to read, comprehend, and unconditionally fulfill all points of this charter

2. Management of the Order:

2.1. management of the order is carried out by:
a) the head of the order - 1 person
b) the deputy head of the order - 1 person
c) the order council - 3 people
hereafter: the governing body of the order
2.2 the governing body of the order is elected and removed by a general vote of the order members (with the exception of the deputy head of the order).
2.3 the deputy head of the order is appointed by the head of the order and exercises their powers until the re-election of the head of the order or until removal by the head of the order directly or by a general vote of the order members
2.4 members of the governing body of the order, like any participant, fully submit to this charter and the decisions made by general votes of the order members.
2.5. only members of the order elected by a general vote of the order members may be part of the governing body (with the exception of the deputy head of the order).
2.6 the governing body of the order carries out the general management of the order,
a) makes decisions on matters regarding the activities of the order,
b) puts matters to a general vote of the order,
c) accepts and excludes members from the order.
2.7 the specified matters are decided by a simple open vote of the governing body of the order.
a) at the vote, voices are distributed as follows:
- head of the order – 1 vote.
- deputy head of the order - 1 vote.
- council members – one vote each.
2.8 the head of the order has the exclusive competence to communicate the official position of the order on any emerging issue to all participants and the forum administration, as well as to appoint their deputy.
2.9 the governing body of the order has no right to use its power for personal purposes

3. Rights and Obligations of Order Members:

a clan member is obliged to:
3.1. comply with this charter.
3.2. provide help and support to brothers of the order.
3.3. contribute in every way to the development and prosperity of the order.

an order member has the right to
3.4 elect the head of the order and their council.
3.5 put forward their candidacy in the elections for the head of the order or council members.
3.6 receive feasible assistance from order members.
3.7 be promoted in rank according to the adopted hierarchy.
3.8 bring any issue for discussion to both the governing and ordinary membership of the order.
3.9 demand that the governing body of the order call a general vote on an issue of interest to them.

an order member has no right to:
3.10 insult any forum participant.
3.11 undermine the authority and reputation of the order through their actions.

4. Admission to the Order:

4.1 any forum participant who has submitted an application to join the order, created at least 3 maps, proven themselves in a positive light, agrees with this charter, and is not a member of other clans on this forum at the time of application, shall be accepted into the order.

5. Punishments and Expulsions from the Order:

5.1 the following punishments are adopted in the order:
a) warning
b) expulsion from the order
5.2 punishments are imposed:
a) for general violation of forum rules
b) for violation of the provisions of this charter
c) in other cases - questions of punishment are decided by a general poll
5.3 the decision on punishment is made by the governing body of the order, with the exception of subparagraph "c" of paragraph 5.2 of this charter.

First Supplement:
1. if an elder does not appear in the order without warning any of the order's leadership for more than 1 month, an "acting" member is elected in their place by the order leadership.
1.1 if the elder appears within 1 month from the election of the "acting" member and provides a reasoned explanation for their absence, they resume their duties.
1.2 if the elder appears later than 1 month from the appointment of the "acting" member, the "acting" member has the right to request a vote between themselves and the elder for the right to the seat on the council.
1.3 if the elder does not appear within 2 months after the appointment of the "acting" member, the "acting" member joins the council automatically.

1) Head of the order
2) Deputy head of the order
3) 2-3 elders
