in this case, I might have simply missed it, but generally, such situations did occur – in particular, on the Vikov anarchy map, where there were also villages and forks leading to them on my starting area)))

so, here's a suggestion: if, while exploring the adjacent zone without a fight, you simply collected some easy resources, then it should be considered equivalent to solo resource nodes, which can already be taken from under a shifted starting zone – it's not a violation at all (at least on anarchy maps with balanced starting zones)))
but if you acquired something more significant – even after defending it – then that would be a violation :)
