if he checks the evil snowman or any of the elves, he doesn't let them use their night action.

You can't leave a maniac unchecked – there will be 3 kills in one night: do we need that? And when did maniacs ever successfully kill mafia members? There will be misses anyway...

Added 2 minutes later Cash wouldn't have blocked a "not-so-bad" player, according to the expert. That's my main argument against you. And the expert's action doesn't say that he won't block an elf or an evil snowman who is actively using their night action. Does the GM also block an expert who is letting a "not-so-bad" player pass? And judging by your statement that it will be difficult to hang you this time, you're deliberately acting suspiciously.
