Your inadequacy is evident in your comments directed at almost half of the forum participants (some with profanity and many with insults), and in the fact that you constantly allow yourself to do exactly what you criticize others for. When you were a moderator, you even awarded points. Another couple of months of your moderation, and half the forum would not only be offended but also banned.
