Ranger "Refugees" - [5th campaign, 1st mission]

Hello RussianScorpion. I've been trying for two weeks now, but nothing works. I'm trying to withdraw troops from posts, but it doesn't work. They are completely destroyed. The game is a licensed version. I haven't seen them, they just capture one post one day, and another post the next, and that's it. Maybe you can help me.
