New interportal.

Friends, I have to come back once more, otherwise I created the impression of a capricious child with a very good guy, wlk777. The problems started with the fact that yesterday morning, in a closed topic, Britva posted:

This couldn't work for me; the coordination of work should be in one person's hands. Otherwise, I won't even be able to negotiate with the coordinators of other resources – Vik, Neo, or Dust – because it might contradict Pit's plans. In this scenario, Pit would be in charge, and I would be completely out of the picture. Yes, I was sorry to lose the time spent developing the interportal and the planned plans. I replied:

In fact, I decided that the issue was closed, and almost immediately, a few minutes later, wlk777 posted:

And then I realized that I had fallen into a trap. Other players gave quite reasonable votes for Pit as captain. After all, they are not against me; Pit is an excellent player and a good guy. Wlk777 and Britva supported the topic with emotional posts; I was compared to FIFA, Pit to Hiddink, and it became clear that I had nothing to do here. To get upset and create a scandal in a closed topic, to stop the voting – this would mean showing that I am simply envious of a younger and more talented player, to alienate myself from the normal people with whom I have worked together on the forum. After all, voting is democratic; it is clear that everyone will vote for Pit as captain. This is what the authors of the vote were counting on. If I want to save face, I should remain silent during the vote, and the functions of the captain would immediately be transferred to Pit. This, of course, would be good, but then I could safely throw away all my developments on the interportal, and I had already talked to many people, made plans on how to make our team better. Because my functions as a promoter in this scenario are no functions; the captain decides all the issues, and that is right. The attempt to replace me with Pit, to set us against each other, was very good. The authors of the idea could not fail to understand that I would normally fulfill the role of coordinator from the World, I have never let anyone down. They also understood that people would choose Pit as captain and transfer all powers to him. They also understood that I had already invested a lot of time in this interportal. I will not play by their rules, creating scandals during the vote or becoming a "wedding general." Why did Britva and WLK777 need to undermine me? I don't know; I think that Britva is just a person for whom such scandalous twists bring great joy. And wlk really had a grudge against me. He took 11th-12th place in the player vote and did not get into the team; then he wrote posts that if he was asked, he might play... apparently, I asked him too late, and the resentment remained; his ego is too big. I don't see the point in returning after such a scandal; I'm sorry for my reputation, but sometimes you need to tell unscrupulous people what they really are. I ask you not to delete the post for at least one day so that the people I love and respect understand the reasons for my departure.
