I thought that even though you might be less skilled in the game than us, you have a real chance to compete with Bye as a team. I don't know you personally, but according to feedback from people I respect, you are a man of action and a good organizer. Creating the right atmosphere, fostering the right mindset, and saying the right words – these are things you are naturally good at. But you fell for the words of 2 players who, as I understand, are not particularly respected here and have never played for HW. In short, you showed weakness. BUT, we all make mistakes in life. In your case, you can easily fix everything yourself. Go for it, I'm waiting for the right continuation.
