Since I was asked to explain myself, I will.
Two players from the World team expressed their distrust in me as the tournament coordinator. They proposed creating the position of team captain and transferring almost all the coordinator's powers to him. And to vote on this.
And to call me a promoter (oh, how vulgar) and suggest that I agree on the timing of the tournament and the number of people in the team. That's it.
After I spent several dozen hours working on organizing this inter-portal: I thought through the details, held negotiations with the coordinators and players of other resources, organized a vote on World, etc. – I considered this a mockery. These players couldn't have been unaware of how much effort I put into the inter-portal.
Forget them. I won't even try to explain myself to these people; it's not worth it.
It is impossible to be on a team with people who do not trust you. I don't want to exclude them from the team, and I can't: people voted for one, and for the other, even though he didn't pass the vote, the players are asking.
Therefore, in order not to weaken the team of our forum with squabbles, and not deprive it of players who can be useful in the inter-portal, I decided to leave myself.
There is nothing special about this; I was going to stay for exactly as long as the forum needed me.
The forum has become stronger and has become the most popular and interesting.
I am transferring the coordinator powers to Petr (Pit for LM); in my opinion, he will more than cope.
Petr and I have been solving all issues related to organizing matches with other resources together; he is aware of everything.
If anything is needed, I will help.
Thank you all.
I hope that the decision of whether Nagan will coordinate the team or not will not be made by only two players.
I believe that Nagan has no right to leave, simply because there are already clear agreements with him. As they say, you don't change horses midstream!
Personally, I ask Nagan to stay in this tournament as the person who will fully manage the process (possibly, except for the games themselves).
