Best mapmaker of 2009 (Voting)

I think it would be better if participants sent their maps to the organizer, and he would upload them all at once on a specific day. It would also be good to make the voting anonymous, so that forum members vote for the maps, not for the people who created them. This is how it was done when the best artist contest was held; it eliminates the voting logic like: "this person has good maps, so I'll vote for them." Although I doubt anyone would do that, it's still worth considering.
