MY PROPOSAL FOR THE TIMELINE OF THE COMPETITION (let's discuss):
1. Announce (open) registration for participants from January 4th to January 31st, 2010.
2. Post the rules and requirements for the maps on the site from February 1st to February 7th, 2010.
3. Simultaneously, starting on February 1st, 2010, the countdown begins for contestants to build maps – let's say the deadline will be 30 days, so the final submission date will be March 2nd (from February 1st, 2010 to March 2nd, 2010).
4. From March 3rd, 2010 to March 7th, 2010, tally the results!
