Bay will put up 3 of his own templates on which he is ready to play on his home map: 8mm6, 8xm12, Nostalgia, and HeroesWorld will choose the preferred one from them.
Then conversely, HeroesWorld will present 3 preferred templates for playing on his home map: 2sm4d(3), Balance, Panic, and Bay will choose one from them.
Again, I repeat, the templates are given just as an example.

In my opinion, this is the most reasonable proposal at the moment. When resource A plays against resource B, both teams present to the opponent a list (for example, one week before the games start) of 3 templates. The opposing team, after a certain period of time, names which specific template will be played. This would serve as a kind of double regulation, since each of the resources would actually participate in choosing the template.
Using everyone's "favorite" :) Bay as an example. Even if Bay includes 8mm6 as one of three templates in all of his lists, every other resource will have the opportunity not to choose it. And conversely, to avoid playing 8mm6 altogether, simply do not include 8mm6 in the pre-match list for Bay.
And maybe Portal and World could risk playing 8mm6 between themselves — it's a good template, by the way. :)
