Unfortunately, I personally disagree with such a replacement... Team HB doesn't need players who have to be asked, who lack the proper motivation and desire to play... thankfully, we have twice as many candidates as there are available spots.

Did someone appoint you as the head coach of "Team HB"? :D - If not, then your opinion is no more important than anyone else's. Did they vote for you? - Play, if you don't have time - step aside and let the next person on the list play (if they want to). IMHO.
