2. I suggest introducing at least a mandatory broadcast of the final matches of tournaments so that we can watch the game in real-time (although saves are also good, thanks to Stinger and the teacher for the saves)...

It won't be possible to make it mandatory – there are many factors that could be involved: unlimited internet access is not always available, the connection speed might be low, and there's the human factor (Stiky mentioned losing concentration with the presence of viewers).
Besides, if this also affects the speed of one's own campaign, then what's the point of such a nerve-wracking experience?
But showing the matches just for fun is very good :)
