I mainly build Lizardmen, then Sylvans, because at the beginning, I think Sylvans are a better choice than Serpents. As soon as possible, I upgrade to Serpents.

Don't listen to Pasha. What Sylvans? What do you need those two Sylvans for? If the Serpents don't come with the heroes, then on the first turn, we build Serpents – no question about it. Let everyone fly on them, rather than on Gnolls! The difference in speed is huge!
