In voting-based selections, those who actively participated in tournaments (and showed reasonably good results) and those who are favored by the majority of voters, along with having average or high skill, will always be chosen first. There are other selection methods, such as the "best" player selection. However, many of the resource's strong players were simply not active when registration for the tournament was open, or they simply found the tournament uninteresting, or they didn't have enough time. But their skill level remains no worse than those who participate in the "best" player selection. Therefore, there will never be a universal method; instead, the most optimal method is chosen according to the majority's opinion. Regarding the tournament, I have always followed events of this kind and was eager to participate, or at least be a reserve player. I consider HW to be the only truly native resource on the internet (considering resources of any kind), so it is a great honor for me to be accepted by the resource's community as a possible candidate for the team that will defend HW's honor. I also wanted to vote, but when I started listing possible candidates in my memory, I realized there weren't enough 20 slots, definitely including those we've already forgotten, but from whom many, including myself, learned. For example, Rhox, Vbn, Uran, Dudge, and many others. Everyone who has been named here as a possible candidate for the team deserves it 100%. Regarding my participation, if I am chosen for the team, I can participate 110% (even if I have to buy a computer or play from an internet cafe or a friend's place). I guarantee 100% commitment in the games (I cannot guarantee 100% victories, though). I am following the topic with great interest
