The required quorum for making changes to the Online Games Rules.

Options 3 and 7. Question for the speakers: how often will parliamentary debates be held (once a year, once a month...)? Or every time someone decides to transform their phobias into ideas about changing the rules?
P.S. I suggest limiting the sessions to once a year to avoid anarchy.
