Which unit in the Academy castle do you dislike the most in terms of its appearance?

Magnus, weren't the Titans in Heroes 3 skillfully crafted creatures made of stone (i.e., golems)?

In Heroes 3, the Titans were alive. Since Might & Magic 7 mentions Erathia, and the Titans have their own fortress, if they were metallic, they would live in a citadel separately. Besides, they look real. Also, why would the building where they live be called a cloud castle and not a Titan factory?
