Firstly, it's not Nagan, it's Dust.

Secondly, neither Nagan nor Neo nor Sag will find a single player among them who can play well on League-specific fixes. So, League will have a 4-0 score against everyone except Bay on their own field, and something like 2-2 (depending on how the match goes) against Bay.

So, the idea with fixes will have to be discarded.

Firstly, Dust definitely won't be able to gather a team, which is why I wrote that we can only hope for Nagan – if he can manage to arrange such a match.
Secondly, I'm sure many Heroes players will be able to play on fixes; I myself have only played against an opponent three times, and I used to be afraid that I would be crushed due to lack of knowledge, but after playing once, it became easier.
