It's not about disrespect towards them (let them play Heroes V or even WoW for example) but about everyone being on equal footing. I've been playing SoD for about 10 years and I'm not going to switch to any fairy-tale TE-full, nor do I intend to argue about it.

Read my suggestions carefully. There is no goal for the entire team to play both TE and SoD. The goal is to field 4 players for TE and 4 for SoD. If someone wants to play both - that can also be arranged, but by default it is assumed that 8 people will play, each in one match.
