The required quorum for making changes to the Online Games Rules.

Right now, there are a lot of topics and polls on the forum about changes to the rules, and it's overwhelming. Even if changes are introduced, there's a high probability of missing them. Please create another topic that contains these very changes, and make sure that it only contains the CHANGES, and all other posts are deleted!

Indeed, things have become more active lately.
If someone has an idea, they immediately create topics: a poll, a discussion, a vote, a tournament... You can get lost in the section. No offense.

The changes should be in the topic with the rules, written out again in separate posts. That's how it is now, and vbn is doing it, let him continue to do it, and "someone" from the moderators shouldn't be trusted with everything. :)

P.S. to Pasha and Pit: right now, a lot of "important" topics have suddenly appeared at the top of the section. They lose their importance because of this, in my opinion. (we won't hold a vote on this, okay? :D)
