Best mapmaker of 2009 (Voting)

It would be better to create 2 nominations for both types of maps (i.e., there will be 2 winners, although it's possible that the same person wins in both).
Since many people don't know how to use scripts, and without them, a map can sometimes seem lifeless, all because of the dull AI.
