Voting on changes to the Rules.

1 - against (if there will be guards from Haven and Necropolis nearby, it will be possible to break through the entrance to the Necropolis and pass by the Haven, I am against this). 2 - for (in general, it would be better if a random hero was for Necropolis, but since that's not the case, I am against Galtran with his army). 3 - for (KostyaN also suggested this, I prefer to play rather than restart, so I am for reducing the time for restarts). 4 - for (I want the rules for Haven and Necropolis to be the same, and the arrival of 7th-level troops for one of the players will affect the outcome of the game). 5 - for (I am not familiar with this cheating, but the fewer cheats, the better).
