TC3 League. Regular Season.

It has been 3 weeks and 2 days since Neoandy and I last played. The round time has expired. The score in the match is 1-0, in my favor. Andryukha disagrees with my win and believes that I am being unfair, even though he only suggested playing once during the entire time.
I cannot resolve the situation because I am a part of it.
There are two options: either we play until the end, which will take another 2-3 weeks, or we accept the current result.

If the Arbitration Committee can resolve this situation, I would be grateful.

In November, there were scheduling conflicts with the semi-annual Portal Premier League matches + cup games. Andres was also doing some renovations (or something) at the time, which prolonged the games. The regulations of TC3 seemed to be flexible throughout the tournament. I have always believed that the element of live games is much more valuable than strict adherence to regulations, and I have always tried to accommodate the players in all my tournaments. If the regulations turned against me in the semi-finals, I have no desire to continue playing in such an environment. For me, this is primarily about relaxation and enjoyment.

Therefore, no one needs to wait for decisions from the Arbitration Committee (although, according to the regulations, we did not have time to play even one game in the semi-finals, if we are to be completely principled + a deadline of 3 weeks and 2 days appeared out of nowhere, even though the posts from the first game are dated November 17, 2009). I am withdrawing from the tournament, not wanting to sort things out (and I didn't think that such a situation could even arise - I am extremely disappointed), in order to make life easier for both the host and my semi-final opponent.
