Maintain the current composition of the Administrative Council (AC) until any of the players raises the issue of confidence in its composition as a whole or in any member individually. For re-elections, this idea must be supported by a sufficient number of other players (I cannot specify the critical value). If any member of the AC wishes to retire on their own – well, nothing can be done about it.
