One game as Necropolis or against it doesn't provide any statistics or conclusions. Two opponents need to play as many games against each other as possible under the same conditions, switching sides.

The success of Necropolis depends on random resource spawns, just like with the Fortress. Either give Necropolis to the player who knows how to play it, and give any other castle to the opponent, and then compare the statistics with the other castles.
