Not everyone, but me and a couple of other people with a semblance of reason. Don't you understand that if we don't vote, they'll slaughter us like sheep! In our case, it's better to make a mistake and execute an innocent person than to make a mistake and not execute a guilty person. Luckily, this is just a game, and we can set aside moral principles.
Now I'll think about the note and the method of killing Drnik.

And yes, it's not a fact that Hostor sacrificed himself. I think the mafia decided to get rid of him and sent Zubr to do the killing (and he would have been executed today anyway). Thus, we are left with the murder of a maniac. Fortunately, both the method of death and Drnik's note fit this.
