Ranger "Refugees" - [5th campaign, 1st mission]

Hello everyone. Could you please advise: should I go to the cartographer or not? Version 1.60 (licensed). The map is open, all heroes are scattered in the corners, a year has passed (in-game), and this creature (Biara) is still as "full as a tick" – she just won't move. There are no garrisons. Difficulty level: Warrior.
