Actually, 4 Elven heroes can obtain the Ultimate skill. I agree with Joker – it’s more for show, as it’s extremely difficult to get (you need to develop the hero very well, assuming the right abilities drop). It’s better to upgrade regular abilities that maximize the Ranger’s stats and are also readily available (Attack, Leadership, Luck, Logistics, Education, Light Magic, Defense).
