Two cities!

Here, I came up with two cities! The first city is called the Lizard Guild: So far, I've only come up with creatures... Level 1 - a small snake with wings - Serpent Cub, no upgrades... ABILITIES: flies, small (ability to dodge). Level 2 - a fire-breathing lizard - Lizard, no upgrades... ABILITIES: dragon's breath (hits an enemy behind the one it attacks), tough. Level 3 - Holy One, upgrade - Head of the Holy Ones (these are lizards). ABILITIES: lightning (can strike an enemy with lightning once per battle). Upgrade: no penalty in melee combat... instead of lightning... TORNADO... Level 4 - a lizard in a bone helmet - Marksman, no upgrades... ABILITIES: shooting without penalty. Level 5 - a winged lizard - angel of vengeance... again, no upgrades... ABILITIES: flies, TOUGH, STRONG... Level 6 - A HUGE machine... a male naga in a HUGE bone helmet... with 4 blades... - I haven't come up with a name yet.... Level 7 - White Dragon... Level 8 - ??? SECRET!!!!!!!!!!!!
