The respawn point was quite poor, with no particularly lucrative buildings, and no cons at all. Plus, I saw red flags on the adjacent secondary town on day 2, but I freed a level 5 Necromancer with upgraded Necromancy and attack, plus a Necromancer amulet behind a group of goblins, so I decided to try leveling her up. I ran around, gathering skeletons, and the money situation was still bad, but when I saw that the reds had broken through the secondary town's defenses and were coming for me, I retreated to the castle and holed up there. There was nothing to buy, but in the final battle, 200+ skeletons decided to join.
